1967 - 1969 Chevrolet Camaro Complete A/C Kit
Complete heat air and defrost system for 1967-1969 Camaro. The kit is designed to use the factory a/c and non-a/c control panel. The kit will work with original vents, or we provide new vents. This kit will mount on the passenger side of the firewall, it will not intefere with the glove box. The condenser is designed to mount into the stock bolt holes in the radiator core support. The condenser will have the drier mounted on the passenger side. The kit requires the removal of the factory heater core from inside the vehicle. If you have a factory a/c car we provide the firewall block off plate, if you have a heater only car you can use the stock cover on the firewall. The hoses run through the firewall with grommets, or it can be upgraded to a bulkhead. The system does not require any special cutting into the firewall or radiator core support. The system uses the stock defrost "Y" with an adapter we include.

- Controls to use the original heater control panel
- R-134a Hose kit (See hose kits page for contents)

- Directions
The compressor will come with a double V-belt clutch unless a different setup is requested. Pulleys and a radiator fan are not included. A fan and fan shroud should be used on the radiator, or a sufficient electric fan. The setup requires a double groove water pump pulley, and a triple groove crank pulley. Please specify in checkout if you have a long or short water pump and if the alternator is on the driver or passenger side. A short water pump will sit up against the timing chain cover, a long water pump will have a one inch gap between the rear of the pump and the timing chain cover. The kit does not include the refrigerant, heater hoses, or belt. If you are running the compressor on the driver side and would like the condenser fittings to exit on the driver side please specify this in the comment section during checkout.
