Big Truck Floor Mount Evaporator A/C System

This is a universal floor mount evaporator a/c system.  The kit is complete with all brand new parts to add a/c to any big rig or other equipment.  The system has a floor mount evaporator that is designed to bolt to the floor or a flat "wall" in the cab.  The unit has four vents that push air forward into the cab.  The evaporator has two large blower fans on a single blower motor that can move up to 350 CFM and about 15,500 BTU.   We have compressor mount brackets to fit many applications.  A list of engine mount kits for specific applications are: Ford, Chevrolet / GMC, Cummings, Mack, Detroit, Caterpillar, IHC, Mitsubishi, Nissan, Isuzu, Iveco, Mercedes, John Deere, Case, New Holland and Perkins.  If you have an engine that does not have a compressor mount available you will have to fabricate a compressor mount bracket.  We will include a mounting plate with the kit as a starting point for making a bracket.

The kit includes:

• Sanden Style 709 Compressor with clutch assebmly and oil (this compressor is designed for heavy equipment with upgraded internal bearings)
• Compressor mount bracket (some applications include a belt and idler pulley)
• Superflow R-134a 16x25 condenser (if you need a different size we will include it at no additional charge)
• Condenser mount kit
• Oring drier with mount strap
• High low pressure switch
• Evaporator unit with mounting hardware (Evaporator Measurements: 13"wide x 9" deep x 19" tall)
• R-134a hose kit long hoses to accomdate the larger rigs
• An assortment of beadlock a/c fittings, and orings
• Expansion valve
• Grommets to route hoses through metal
• Directions

This evaporator box is made of metal to withstand the vibrations it may be exposed to.  The evaporator box is made in the USA.
