Brand new complete kit for Dodge / Chrysler / Plymouth cars and trucks without an evaporator unit. This product is here for the customer to purchase a complete kit without a pre-selected evaporator unit. We do not feel that a customer should have us select a pre-selected evaporator for their project. The kit will include all the necessary part to add an a/c system. Please go to the evaporators page to choose the model evaporator unit you would like to use with your kit; or you can use an existing evaporator system. If you choose to use the original evaporator that is in the vehicle we recommend updating the Expansion Valve. If the system is original it should use the standard oring expansion valve. If you are unsure of which evaporator unit to choose please see the help page.
This kit includes:
- Sanden Style 709 compressor with clutch (Please specify V-belt or Serpentine pulley)
- Oring Drier with mounting strap
- Condenser to fit your vehicle with mounting straps (please specify size of the condenser from the condensers page)
- Compressor mount kit for a six cyl., small block or big block mopar engine
- Pulley, Belt, and all mounting hardware
- R-134a hose kit (see contents)
- Sanden Style Compressor with clutch assembly, and oil
Please provide all the necessary information in the comments page during checkout. We like to have the year, model, and engine size. Please use the drop down menu above to select your engine size. If you are unsure of the condenser you would prefer just let us know the year and model of your vehicle and we will include the correct condenser. The kit does not include any condenser with drier mounted, drier and transmission cooler mounted, or remote condenser.
As mentioned in the first paragraph. If your vehicle came with factory air but the parts under the hood were removed this would be the kit to purchase. You will also have to add an oring expansion valve. If you have an aftermarket evaporator but need the rest of the a/c components for under the hood this will be the kit to purchase. The compressor bracket for the 440 engine will not work on the early model engine.
