Dodge Work Truck Underdash A/C Kit

Dodge work truck a/c system.  Underdash R-134a mount A/C system.   The evaporator unit will mount under the dash of the truck, normally in the center of the dash.  The evaporator unit will not require the orignal heat system to be modified.   The evaporator has a three speed blower fan with a temperature control.  The evaporator has approximately 15000 BTU and 290 CFM.  The evaporator unit has three vents that can be closed off or adjusted in many different positions. The picture shows two vents closed and the center one open.

The kit is complete and includes the following:

• UD-100 evaporator kit with expansion valve and mounting hardware, grommets
• R-134a Hose kit (See hose kits page for contents)
• Black oring drier with drier straps
• 14 x 20 Condenser with condenser mount kit 
• Sanden Style A/C compressor with clutch
• Compressor mount kit, with belt, and pulley (to fit your Dodge engine)
• HI / Lo binary pressure switch
• Directions

Please use the drop down menu above to choose your engine size. The compressor will come with a double V-belt clutch unless a different setup is requested.  A fan and fan shroud should be used on the radiator, or a sufficient electric fan.   This kit is an inexpensive way to add a/c to a work truck, if you wish to have an original style system this will not be the system for your truck.  We do not carry any Dodge truck a/c systems for trucks newer then 1980.
