Flathead A/C Alt. Late Wide Belt

1949 Ford & Mercury cars, and 1948 - 1953 Trucks with a Ford flathead engine running the 5/8" wide belt.  The bracket is designed to add a Sanden 508 (5H14) or 709 (7H15) compressor and a standard GM alternator  The mount kit bolts to the stock generator mounting flange.  We do not sell the alternator pulley but we do carry the a/c compressor.

The setup can be used with some standard regular dual intakes, four barrel, and stock intakes.  The setup will not work with Triple carb setups.  The setup requires a 3/4" wide compressor and alternator pulley, as well as a 5/8" wide belt.  The stock fan assembly will work with this kit.
